Shipping & Delivery
All Willowbrook manufactured furniture is delivered full assembled. Please double check our furniture dimensions to ensure accessibility within your property prior to ordering. We deliver our furniture using our own delivery vehicles and our own drivers. All deliveries are made using a one man delivery team. Unless agreed otherwise all deliveries are doorstep deliveries only.
We only deliver to the UK mainland, however arrangements can and may be made for deliveries required offshore – please contact us with your requirements. Our standard lead-time for assembled furniture is 10 - 14 days from point of order. This is based on the availability of a delivery vehicle into your area and may be sooner. Should you wish to collect directly from the Willowbrook factory, this can be arranged. However we do require 48 hours notice in order to pick and assemble your units. All prices are subject to the standard rate of VAT.

Returns & Replacements
Damages / Discrepancies on Delivery
If you receive damaged goods or discrepancies against your order, please contact Customer Services Team on 01780 721115 within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Please have your order/invoice number to hand. We will investigate your claim without delay, and replace, exchange or repair goods where appropriate
Faulty Goods: If your purchase is faulty, please call Customer Services Team on 01780 721115 immediately for further advice. Please have your order/invoice number to hand.
Failed / Rejected Deliveries: Please note that in the case of a failed or rejected delivery we reserve to right to charge a redelivery charge.
Returns - Non Furniture: Any products/item starting with DD that are ordered in error may incur a return charge, or be indeed NON-RETURNABLE. Please contact Customer Services Team on 01780 721115 for information.
Returns – Furniture: Furniture is manufactured to your individual requirements. Furniture is therefore generally NON-RETURNABLE or will incur a considerable re-stocking / carriage charge. Please ensure that model numbers, colours, fabrics and dimensions are correct and clearly shown on your order.
