All Willowbrook manufactured furniture is delivered full assembled. Please double check our furniture dimensions to ensure accessibility within your property prior to ordering.

We deliver our furniture using our own delivery vehicles and our own drivers.

All deliveries are made using a one man delivery team.

Unless agreed otherwise all deliveries are doorstep deliveries only.

We only deliver to the UK mainland, however arrangements can and may be made for deliveries required offshore – please contact us with your requirements.

Our standard lead-time for assembled furniture is 2-3 working weeks from point of order. This is based on the availability of a delivery vehicle into your area and may be sooner.

** PLEASE NOTE ** All lead times stated on this website are approximate - firm lead times will be communicated to you once an order has been placed - also leads times quoted on this web site are only applicable when items are purchased directly from Willowbrook Education and NOT through a third party.

Should you wish to collect directly from the Willowbrook factory, this can be arranged. However we do require 48 hours notice in order to pick and assemble your units.

All prices are subject to the standard rate of VAT.

We now offering FREE UK Mainland delivery for all orders pver £50 (ex VAT) . However, deliveries to Northern Ireland (BT)  and to the postcodes starting KW, IV, PH, AB, PA, HS, ZE, JE, GY, DD8-DD11 and PO30-PO41 should call for a delivery quote  or click here for LIVE chat

Returns & Refunds

Damages / Discrepancies on Delivery
If you receive damaged goods or discrepancies against your order, please contact Customer Services Team on 01780 721115 within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Please have your order/invoice number to hand. We will investigate your claim without delay, and replace, exchange or repair goods where appropriate


Faulty Goods: If your purchase is faulty, please call Customer Services Team on 01780 721115 immediately for further advice. Please have your order/invoice number to hand.


Failed / Rejected Deliveries: Please note that in the case of a failed or rejected delivery we reserve to right to charge a redelivery charge.


Returns - Non Furniture: Any products/item starting with DD that are ordered in error may incur a return charge, or be indeed NON-RETURNABLE. Please contact Customer Services Team on 01780 721115 for information.


Returns – Furniture: Furniture is manufactured to your individual requirements. Furniture is therefore generally NON-RETURNABLE or will incur a considerable re-stocking / carriage charge. Please ensure that model numbers, colours, fabrics and dimensions are correct and clearly shown on your order.

Q) Are trays included with the tray units?
A) Yes, all our tray units are fully supplied with Gratnells Trays as standard. We are also able to offer the full range of colours of trays as well!

Q) Is everything delivered flat pack?
A) No, all of the furniture we manufacture is delivered fully assembled, on our very own delivery vehicles.

Q) You make a 'big thing' that your furniture is MDF and not MFC - what’s the difference between MFC & MDF?
MFC stands for ‘melamine faced chipboard’ and the vast majority of office furniture is manufactured with this material. Essentially MFC is either of a real wood grain, which is repeatedly printed onto a Melamine film, and heat processed onto a sheet of chipboard. The quality of that chipboard mainly depends on the density of the board. Many domestic furniture uses low density board, which is light.

MDF, or 'medium density fibreboard', is a kind of particleboard that is made from composite wood. Specifically, MDF is made from wood waste (specifically the fibres) that are glued together using either heat, resin or pressure. Originally invented in the 1960s, the usage of medium density fiberboard has expanded into all areas of construction. MDF is a very versatile building material that can be used in a variety of applications. This includes making cabinets and mouldings. MDF’s characteristics include being smooth and resistance to warping. MDF is a better material compared to other popular materials like particleboard, wood planks or high density fiberboard for a number of reasons. First, MDF has a very smooth texture mainly because wood fibers used in making the MDF are also smooth and fine. MDF also has minimal reaction to moisture. This means MDF will not warp or swell when used in environments that have a high humidity.

Q) Is the wood FSC Certified?
A) Yes, all of wood that we use for our furniture comes from a FSC certified Mill.  FSC certification ensures that products come from well managed forests that provide environmental, social and economic benefits.

Q) Is it really manufactured in the UK?
A) Yes, we are based just outside of Stamford in Lincolnshire and everything is made on our site.

Q) Will you help me install the furniture?
A) Yes, as long as you’re happy to help our Driver move the furniture then we're happy to help!

Q) What cleaning products can I use on the furniture - do I have to use a specialist cleaning product?
A) No,  just use a slightly damp cloth and some furniture polish should be all you need to clean our units.

Q) I’ve seen a unit I like on your website, can you make it in a Custom colour?
A) Yes of couse, please call for details as we currently offer over 12 different colours to choose from.

Q) Do you offer credit facilities?
A) Yes, all Schools and local government/government agencies automatically get a credit account when they open their Account with us, Other Customers would be on a case-to-case basis

Q) Can I book a future delivery date?
A) Yes, all of our deliveries are generally delivered within 10 working days, but yes we are happy to work with you, and throughout the summer we do schedule with customer’s delivery dates.

Q) I’ve seen a unit I like but I would like it taller, is this possible?

Q) What couriers do you use - I have had a bad experience with certain couriers
A) Generally we dont  - All of our  units are delivered to you via our very own fleet of vehicles!
